We break it, we pay it
So you ordered, paid for it in time and given us the correct address and telephone number. And still something went wrong. It is very, very rare that it happens, but if it does you are able to cancel the order and we will refund 100% of the paid amount.
Wrong size
We give you the opportunity to choose your size online. If you order one size and receive another, we will of course replace it for the right one without extra costs on your account.
If you did receive the size you ordered, but it doesn’t fit, you can change the product for another size (if we have it in stock). It will be sent to you after you paid the extra postal costs and have returned your original order back to us.
Guaranteed quality
Before leaving our shop every product is thoroughly checked on production errors. If you were to find a flaw in your ordered product, you can return it to us (on your own account) and we will replace it with an undamaged one. If the product is sold out (in the size you want it) we will refund your payment.
Note that Zlda is not responsible for damages after you’ve worn your Zlda products!
You details are safe with us
Your details will not be used for other purposes and will not be opened to third parties. By times we sent out newsletters. You can enable the option to receive these newsletters upon registration.
